Here are my beneficial daily habits!
1. Wake up 10 minutes before the alarm and enjoy a little more time in bed. Consciousness is already active, but laziness still prevails.

2. Drink a glass of water, often with added oils, soda, or freshly squeezed juices, and adhere to many secrets.
3. Wash your face with cold mineral water.
3.1. Drive in the car only with music and sing along.
4. Listen to well-known health educators daily.
5. Watch lectures of wealthy people and coaches.
6. Continue listening to the audiobook "Reality Transurfing".
7. Dedicate 80% of your time to your favorite work.
8. Ponder over meatless recipes, their preparation, and portions, considering the time of consumption and season.
9. Take care of the kombucha and grow microgreens.
10. Give yourself a massage.
11. Watch a good movie from the 90s with the family in the evening.
12. Finish eating and drinking water by 6:00 p.m.
13. Make a list of tasks and purchases for the next day. ☀️
14. Pay attention to the child.
15. Continue to dream and make plans for my and my child's development in sports.
